SalaryFantastic opportunity for an Operations Agent to join a freight solutions provider based in Bagshot during an exciting period of growth within the business. Salary up to 28,500 with 23 days holiday.
Working within a fun, supportive and friendly team the Operations Agent will liaise with all customers to ensure the highest level of service is achieved. Whether this be Airfreight Imports, Exports, Roadfreight or Worldwide Courier, you will be equipped with the knowledge to ensure the most appropriate service is provided to the customer.
Operations Agent Duties:
- Dealing with inbound call enquiries
- AWB completion
- Customs Entries
- Arranging Courier Shipments
- Keeping Boxtop and systems up to date with latest information
- Problem Solving
- Liaising with our Handling Agent
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 -17:30
