Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Correspondence Management: Ensure all communications are handled promptly and accurately, providing appropriate responses and directing enquiries as needed.
- Compliance and HR Support: Monitor and ensure adherence to necessary documentation and reference checks, alongside other fundamental HR responsibilities.
- Screening: initial screening of contractor applications before sending over for review
- Candidate liaison: advising of offshore contracts - outlining all detils required
- Expense and Document Administration: Aid in the processing of expense claims and invoices, and manage the compilation of various documents.
- Contractual Documentation: Develop and distribute essential contractual paperwork
- Travel and Training Logistics: Facilitate and support the arrangement of travel and training for staff members.
- Marketing Collaboration and Social Media Engagement: Work closely with the Marketing team and actively engage on social media platforms.
- CRM Oversight: Manage and provide insights from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Strong Administrative experience in the role of Coordinator, Administrator
- Good IT skills – MS Office and CRM usage
- Confident and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience within Operations, Renewables or similar is desirable but not essential
- Commercially astute and excellent multi-tasking, coordination ability
- Proactive approach
