6-month contract
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
Start date: ASAP!
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join a well-established global manufacturing company, as a key member of their service team you will be a motivated team player and assist in all aspects of delivering excellent Customer Service.
Sound interesting?... Daily duties include:
- Maintenance contract management, including quotation, renewal, and invoicing
- Plan, implement and maintain the service schedule
- Liaison between customers, service and engineering teams
- Liaise with engineers, engineering support team and spare parts department to schedule work and optimise the engineers' workload
- Accurate record keeping of enquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
- Gather data and compile reports for customers
- Assist the Technical Department in every aspect of after sales
- Deal with incoming calls and emails efficiently;
- Make travel arrangements as required;
- Ad hoc duties as required
Required:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service role
- Proactive and attention to detail
- Confident and well organised team player
- Strong Excel user
- Strong IT and analytical skills
- Experience using SAP Business One is preferred but not required
