SalaryAfter recent growth within this fast-paced ecommerce business, I am now looking for an ambitious Management Accountant to join their dynamic team based in Birmingham City Centre.
As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal part in the company’s further expansion by looking after several highly profitable entities from a financial perspective while interacting with the Senior Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to prepare monthly management accounts for several evolving entities.
- Variance analysis and commentary on performance against budget and forecast.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, able to put controls in place.
- Support the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director with ad-hoc projects as required.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiencies across the finance function.
Key Requirements:
- Part qualified / finalist accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
- Experience as a Management Accountant in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious with strong commercial acumen and proven business partnering skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
