Hays are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a well-established, successful business based in the Spalding area as they look to recruit a Management Accountant into their finance team. This job opportunity is available on a full-time, permanent basis, with the majority of your time being office based.
Your new role
In your role as Management Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Finance and Finance Director with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis within the team. Although you won\'t have direct management responsibility, you will also support more junior members of the team with their work and development too.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to have worked in a similar management accounting role with demonstrable recent experience. The finance team use a lot of Excel, so strong Excel skills are important, and due to the nature of the business, there are complexities to some elements of what you will be doing, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are also important.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will receive a package which includes a £45,000 salary, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and have the opportunity to work from home once per week.
