Reporting into Ian, our Finance Manager, this role will support him with the timely delivery of management accounts.
This role will suit an adaptable candidate with month-end experience and a desire for personal development and constant improvement.

Already working as a Management Accountant with no more than 3 years of experience and want your next company to invest in you and your growth.
Obsessed by details and adept with utilising this skill to deliver numerical accuracy. Being known for never missing deadlines is your brand identity.
A natural people person and always positive. Member queries and finance calls will come to you and you will take them in your stride.
Your Focus:
Support the Finance Manager on the delivery of management accounts on time including:
Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Maintaining accrual & prepayments schedules
Revenue reconciliation
Analysing costs compared to budget
Preparing cost analysis packs for relevant departments
Escalation of member queries from our Accounts Assistant
Manage the KYC process for all new customers
Handle calls to the finance phone line
Success in this role is achieved through the accuracy of the management accounts, their timely delivery and learning via your external course.
Skills & Knowledge:
have started ACCA/CIMA/AAT but not completed.
2-3 years finance experience in a service sector. Property/coworking is not required.
Experience in delivering monthly management accounts
Experience using accounting software (Xero knowledge helpful but not required)
Great communication skills
Working well within a team
Working well under pressure
Competent in Excel
