Management Accountant Part Qualified

I'm currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our client in a permanent position in their office in Buckingham, you will ideally be Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA and have a good understanding of transactional finance. The salary, based on skills and experience is between £32-40k and is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. The hours are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:30 on a Friday

As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with the day-to-day duties of the Finance Department including the timely delivery of financial information to the business, including preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and maintaining the accuracy of the Balance Sheet.

Full Job Details:

* Monthly VAT preparation and submission

* Assist in the Corporation Tax preparation

* Payroll reconciliation, overtime allocation and labor hour bookings (Payroll function is outsourced)

* Daily cashbook management and fortnightly cashflow statement

* Accrual and prepayments along with standard monthly journals

* Month end reporting including profit & loss preparation and intercompany analysis

* Responsible for the month end close process

* Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations

* Transactional level reviews

* Supporting internal and external audits

* Godo Excel Skills

* Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 1:30pm
