Our LSL Franchising Finance Team are looking to recruit a Senior Management Accountant on a full time, permenant basis, based at our office in Newcastle.
You'll be responsible for generating accurate management accounts and supporting the finance team in auditing. Your role will ensure best-in-class service delivery to Franchisees, providing value-added support to senior management and contributing to cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, produce, and review management accounts against forecasts and budgets.
- Contribute to company-wide financial forecasts and budgets.
- Review Franchisee billing/self-billing before issuance.
- Produce ad hoc reports as required.
- Liaise with operational management and Franchisees to support growth strategy delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to maintain an ambitious and high-performing Finance team.
Requirements:
- Honesty, integrity, and financial soundness.
- Relevant experience in large/corporate organizations.
- Experience in producing statutory accounts.
- Knowledge of the SUN accounts system preferred.
- Experience leading teams and managing people.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service orientation.
- Qualification as a Chartered Accountant/CIMA.
