SalaryManagement Accountant
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable Public Sector organisation in Manchester, who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to their busy team. This is an initial 6 - 12 month contract, which operates on a hybrid basis (3 days p/w in the office).
Duties:
- Supporting the monthly managing accounting process, including allocating and mentoring grants
- Taking responsibility for budgeting and assisting with year-end processes
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring high need spends and produce the monthly forecasts
Experience:
- Public Sector experience (desirable)
- Strong analytical skills
- Part-qualified CCAB/CIPFA/ACCA/CIMA – actively studying
