Description
As a Management Accounts Assistant, you will be working closely alongside the Management Accountant, responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Finance function. Duties will include but are not limited to;
· Assistance with Management Accounts and analysis for group companies
· Assistance with budgeting and forecasting for group companies
· Balance sheet reconciliations
· Weekly cashflow analysis
· Imports & Exports admin
· VAT return preparation and reconciliation
· Support with year end audit
· Assistance with Supplier rebates
Profile
To be considered for this role, you must;
- Have previous experience within an Accounts based role, ideally at least 1 year
- Have working knowledge and experience of accruals and prepayments
- Be confident with MS Excel, in particular vlookups and pivot tables
- Be able to work within a fast paced environment and have the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
Job Offer
£25,000-£30,000 + study support + hybrid working + flexible working hours + onsite parking
