Key Responsibilities:
- ABM Strategy Development: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop a comprehensive ABM strategy that aligns with business objectives and targets high-value accounts.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and implement end-to-end ABM campaigns, including selecting target accounts, crafting messaging, and choosing appropriate channels and tactics, in collaboration with regional marketing and sales leaders.
- Account Selection and Segmentation: Work with identified key target accounts, further segment them based on specific criteria, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content creators (including agencies) to develop personalized content that resonates with target accounts and addresses their specific pain points.
- ABM Platform Management: Own and manage the ABM platform to plan and execute ABM activities
- Multi-Channel Marketing: Oversee the deployment of a variety of marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, webinars, direct mail, and advertising, to engage target accounts as part of ABM strategy.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize ABM platform, marketing automation and analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, report, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for ABM campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and other teams to ensure alignment and provide valuable market feedback.
- Define and implement repeatable processes to expand the ABM program across all strategic accounts globally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with minimum 5 years in ABM
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing ABM campaigns.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrixed global environment.
- Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus
- Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools (Marketo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and ROI.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
