In P&C (People & Culture – our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer-focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together, and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Based on the market knowledge Manager Executive Talent Acquisition will attract and hire top Executive Talent to PMI. Executive TA:•Full-cycle external recruitment at the global level, partnering with the business and P&C to attract, assess and onboard diverse, high-performing Executive Talent•In collaboration with key stakeholders develop talent attraction strategies aligned with workforce requirements and PMI objectives •Proactively create external talent pipelines for succession at executive level in respective areasCandidate experience:•Focus on candidate journey, process efficiency, and cost optimization•Oversee e2e recruitment process together with Sourcing manager, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate selection Strategic advisory:•External talent advisors to the business and P&C•Talent mapping to support succession planning External Trends / Market:•Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to stay informed about industry trends and competitors•Optimize TA metrics to measure the effectiveness if sourcing strategies by focusing on 50% direct hiring WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:•Demonstrates knowledge and experience of Executive Talent Acquisition processes in a multinational working environment and the ability to use that knowledge and experience effectively to engage stakeholders and candidates.•Able to scope, define and manage change activity within the TA team and harness knowledge, skills and experience of the team to deliver better outcomes.•Demonstrates strong communication, engagement and business partnering skills to sustain momentum around the change agenda at a pace without compromising the Talent Sourcing experience for candidates and colleagues.•Demonstrates knowledge and experience in talent attraction and engagement, strategic sourcing and assessment practices, (e.g. psychometric testing; leadership assessments) and utilises that knowledge to source, attract and assess talent. •Able to work effectively within a matrix environment and to flex between detail and strategy.•Demonstrates the ability to work sensitively, and effectively, within and across diverse teams. •Holds a BSc / BA in business administration, Human Resources or relevant field.Philip Morris International: Delivering a Smoke-Free Future Philip Morris International (PMI) is leading a transformation in the tobacco industry to create a smoke-free future and ultimately replace cigarettes with smoke-free products to the benefit of adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, society, the company and its shareholders.
