As the Managing Director (originator) of tech mergers & acquisitions department, your role will be critical in generating new business through proven track record mandating whilst fostering strong relationships within this exciting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate mandates while developing excellent working relationships
- Advise clients on complex financial transactions

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of M&A experience in Technology sector
- Proven track record originating successful deals
- Strong network within the sector
- Prior experience with PE/VC is preferred
