As the Marketing Administrator you will be the driving force behind their marketing initiatives, creating content to engage their target audience.
Duties of the role:
Crafting and executing a comprehensive Marketing Plan that propels the brand
Creating compelling written and graphic content through various channels such as e-newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms
Nurturing the email database, strategising email campaigns through the CRM system
Researching and monitoring competitor activities
Updating the website with engaging content
Expand the social media footprint across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram
Collect images and live content
Answer and field calls to sales representatives based within the same department
Experience required:
Must have a willingness to learn as you will constantly be dealing with a product
Must have a good understanding of IT systems such as Microsoft and Canva
Marketing working experience would be beneficial but graduates will be considered
Able to answer the phone to customers in a busy department
Be a creative, forward thinker
