Our client, a leading agricultural wholesale company is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Marketing and Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Marketing and Administration Assistant, you’ll grasp the intricacies of the business, crafting compelling content tailored to its current audience while spearheading efforts to attract new customers. You’ll serve as the custodian and creative force behind the business’s brand, helping to shape long-term vision, orchestrating campaigns, and providing essential administrative support across the business.
The responsibilities:
- Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages.
- Communicating with clients, customers and external agencies.
- Creating and delivering presentations.
- Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site.
- Submitting ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
- Writing and editing press releases.
- Attending industry events, conferences and trade show.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as per the business needs.
The candidate:
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- An organised and driven individual, with a personable and enthusiastic approach.
- Minimum of 1 year Marketing experience and solid experience within administration.
- This is an office-based role so use of own vehicle is required as there will also be occasional trips to the Head Office in Reading.
