Form of workWe are supporting a well established business who are recruiting for a Marketing and Operations Coordinator. This is a full time, permanent opportunity that will offer you hybrid working. You will work from the Oxford Circus office 2 days and then from home the remaining 3 days a week. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm and the starting salary is £26.5K, rising to £27.5K after probation.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Support with diary management and booking meetings
- Organising training and conferences when required
- First point of contact for incoming calls
- Support with organising team and client events
- Review and update company policies
- Updating the system with client information
- Assist with ad-hoc projects
- Issue client invoices and update financial information on the system
- Support with compliance, research and reporting of brand partners
- Assist the marketing team with growth of the brand including content creation
- General administration support where required
