Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Temporary 3 month contract)
Location: Newport
Salary: £24k - £25k per annum.

Hours: Hours of work are full time (40 hours per week) 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Here at The Recruitment Co, we are recruiting a Marketing Assistant to work for a company in Newport on a Temporary contract 3 month contract.
The Role
The Marketing and Commercial Assistant will play a key role in managing our
Facebook community, handling trade and commercial clients, and supporting various marketing and administrative tasks.
Main job roles
Facebook Community Management:

• Oversee the Company's and Branch's Facebook pages.
• Respond, engage to customers' comments and messages promptly and professionally and adding these onto our CRM system.
• Providing indicative pricing through messages.
• Adding paid leads onto our CRM system.

Commercial Department Support:

• Handle inquiries from trade and commercial clients, providing them with relevant documentation and information, and adding them onto our CRM system.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Ensure all reporting is up to date and submitted for weekly management meetings
• Identify prospective trade clients and send them promotional material.

Marketing/Administrative Support:

• Assist the Marketing and Commercial Department with various administrative tasks, such as answer reception calls, replying to customer enquiries/feedback via shared email inbox, and uploading email inquiries into our CRM system.

Required Experience

• relevant qualification or experience in marketing or data analysis
• excellent written English, communication skills and telephone manner
• high level of pc literacy including but not limited to Microsoft Office
• ability to prioritise multiple workstreams and work to tight deadlines.
• need to be a driven individual who is proactive and wishes to develop.

Advantageous

• background in any of the following: media booking/advertising, design, data analysis, social media, databases/analysis software
• a degree and desire to progress in marketing.
