Job description

MOMA are looking for a creative and organised Marketing and Office Assistant to join the team.

A junior role but of huge importance within the MOMA team - we are looking for someone who is looking to move into Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Marketing, with a keen interest in being an active member of a dynamic, fast paced marketing team. 

You will join a small, agile and passionate team, working across two exciting and growing categories. MOMA Foods create deliciously creamy porridges and oat milks, using British, wholegrain oats.

Expertise and passion are in everything we do. We tested over 250 recipes before settling on our award-winning Barista Oat recipe, and all our oats are farmed within 100 miles of our production facilities. This keeps our product quality high and the food miles low.

Key areas of responsibility:

Community management - front line of our customer service team across emails and social media, talking directly to consumers to resolve issues, and ensure they receive the highest standard of service. This will include sending out replacement stock, and helping our sales team with send outs for customers. 

Social Media - managing day to day social media including some content creation, scheduling and posting. You’ll assist the Brand Manager, and the wider marketing team, to scope out exciting brand opportunities and partnerships. You’ll assist with influencer Marketing and bringing our brand pillars to life on socials.

Culture and environment - as our office champion you will ensure our office is clean and tidy, fully stocked with supplies, organising team socials, and making sure our team have everything they need.

Event Support - You will attend coffee events and festivals as part of the wider team, engaging and exciting consumers and trade about MOMA and everything we do 

Trade Assets - You will support the Marketing and Sales team with briefing on trade assets to our designer. This is an essential part of our trade marketing output and will require good stakeholder management within functions

General Marketing: You will be exposed to a wide range of projects across multiple Marketing touchpoints. You will have the opportunity to grow your FMCG Marketing knowledge and skills under the guidance of an experienced Marketing team

  • Organised 
  • Enthusiastic 

And someone who has previous experience in: 

  • Office admin 
  • Customer service
