We have just taken on an exciting role with a growing Hedge Fund as a Team and Office Assistant. with around 15 people based in Mayfair offices, the company is a small and dynamic group. The team is friendly and close-knit, and work collaboratively to best reach goals. With room for progression, this role is a great opportunity to grow with the firm.
THE ROLE:
- Working closely with the Office Manager
- Management of internal and external meetings
- Complex travel booking
- Working across time zones
- Assisting with post, couriers, and deliveries
- Management of travel arrangements
- Switchboard and inbox management
- Invoice management
- Ad hoc administrative duties
They are looking for someone who can make the role their own and become an integral part of the team. To be successful in this role you must be proactive with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will come from a similar background working in finance.
