SalaryThe Role will consist of:
This role will support the Head of Marketing and comms in the development of the strategic plan, helping ensure all communications activity will support the organisations objectives:
- Deliver strategic marketing plan as agreed with the head of marketing and comms, liaising with internal teams and agencies to complete
- Consider the business strategy in development of all new material and comms plans
- Develop a strong marketing culture
- Build a marketing activity and campaign programme
- Deliver campaigns to impact in and external audiences
- Support product launches
- Post-campaign analysis
- Event management and support
- Identify and research PR activities
- Deliver internal and external comms
- Support in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Development of a social media schedule
- Respond to social media posts
- Support with the design, development and maintenance of the website
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
- A degree/third level qualification/membership of a recognised marketing professional body
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in:
- General communications activities
- Content creation across a range of channels
- Experience of online and social media activity
- Working knowledge of adobe packages and canva
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Copy writing and proof reading skills
Desirable:
- Membership of a recognised marketing body
- Advertising campaign management
- Supporting PR activity
- Experience of website management
- Knowledge of wordpress/google analytics
