Description
As the Marketing Director, you will:
- Work closely with the CEO and Sales Director to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive company growth.
- Lead the marketing team in the execution of lead generation, inbound campaigns, helping drive lead opportunities for new business growth.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and market competition.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to align company goals with marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budget to maximise ROI.
- Oversee the development of brand identity and recognition.
- Ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality marketing content.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Profile
The successful Marketing Director should have:
- A proven track record of delivering tangible results that has led to revenue growth.
- A B2B SAAS background within an SME IT technology business.
- Ideally experience in creating successful Marketing strategies and campaigns for SME, mid market customers.
- A highly analytical mindset where data is key in making decisions and delivering the strongest ROI for the business.
- Ideally Salesforce and/or Hubspot experience.
- Strong understanding of market trends and how to grow a B2B SAAS proposition
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Commutable to London, with hybrid working available.
