Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator (Food Manufacturing)

A leading Branded FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This is a broad role and will require someone with at least 2-3 years experience working for a Branded business / Manufacturer.

1-2 days per week will be on site and this role will require someone with a valid driving license and their own car.

The Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive will require experience in scheduling and planning social media campaigns, using CMS (content management system) and have experience in uploading and modifying content on websites (Shopify) and Amazon (would be advantageous)

Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive responsibilities include:

• Brand - Help Director of Marketing create brand strategy & roll out.
• Manage copy writer schedule & content delivery.
• Website & Amazon -Plan & manage the timely upload of content & products ensuring full optimisation.
• Manage all website pricing and promotions.
• Social - Help lead the development of company social media channels with Digital Marketing Manager.
• Support development of social media strategy, guidelines & content
• Manage & deliver marketing & social content calendar.
• Identify and develop collaborations with relevant brands and partners, in line with brand strategy, to grow brand awareness and trial.
• Schedule all posts and manage day-to-day posting & comments.
• Regular reporting of competitor activity & best in class activity
• Supporting the delivery of social advertising campaigns
• Set up performance metrics and tracking
• Lead the development & execution of new LinkedIn & Pinterest channel and identify opportunities for other new social media channel development
• Influencers - Jointly formulate influencer strategy & plans. Manage influencer programme – continue to identify the right brand influencers, evaluate influencer activity, and create calendar of influencer activity to support marketing objectives in key markets
• Create calendar of influencer activity to support marketing objectives in key markets and manage all communications with Influencers
• PR - Support delivery of consumer PR activity, consumer, and trade events
• Review press releases and organise samples
• Help formulate PR strategy, POS & Merchandising, Manage stocks
• Liaise with suppliers & set new ones up
• Order POS & arrange printing as required
• Lead role in sourcing, creating & managing all online merchandise to facilitate the ongoing sale of company core product
• Budget - Raising PO's with Customer Service Advisor
• Setting up new suppliers

You will ideally be a degree qualified / equivalent Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive with experience in scheduling and planning social media campaigns, using CMS (content management system) and have experience in uploading and modifying content on websites (Shopify) and Amazon (would be advantageous)

You will be able to demonstrate resilience, a can-do attitude with an inquisitive nature. The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment and a clear appreciation of “Brand” and the fundamental role it plays.
