Team Admin
The Aman brand stands alone. It is at the pinnacle of luxury and luxury hospitality. The Marketing Intern is a core member of the corporate Marketing team and is responsible for supporting the team across a variety of channels and activity. They will be responsible for contributing towards and implementing the marketing and communications activity for Aman Group, as well as providing admin support to the teams where needed.
Location: This position is located at our London Corporate Office, in United Kingdom.
Overview: Reporting into the Global Director of Marketing, working closely with the wider Marketing team, this role will provide high level administrative support, whilst getting involved in and understanding the workings of a busy corporate office, encompassing the development and delivery of collateral, content and web activity. The ideal candidate will be experienced in prioritising and handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks with the ability to work independently and in an articulate and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: Aman employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Team Admin
- Organise and process all invoices for Marketing team. Be the ‘owner’ of the invoice trackers, keeping a close eye on budgets
- Take and distribute minutes for relevant calls for Marketing team as needed and assist on setting up calls for wider Sales & Marketing team
- Assist with adding into reports and PowerPoint presentations as required, including collateral materials and data
- Assist with partner travel arrangements and reservations, such as photographers, videographers, etc, as well as travel for senior team members
- Adhoc admin support for the Chief Commercial Officer
Resort & Hotel Marketing
- Support corporate marketing team with the production of promotional materials and brand collateral to support revenue growth for individual properties, as well as specific collateral needs for the global marketing team
- Maintain a well-labelled archive of past marketing collateral, creative and marketing assets, including in-language (translated) materials and communications, based on priority markets per property
- Support team with content updates on the Aman website and Aman Trade Portal
- Manage shared email inbox for marketing and communications teams, sharing requests with relevant team members
- Supporting on trade marketing requests and working closely with Global Sales team on communication activity to partners
- A recent graduate degree, or equivalent
- Exceptional fluent English - written and verbal – given copywriting will be required
- Strong interpersonal skills. Detail orientated, investigative and persuasive. Good communication skills. Independent, good people skills.
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an advanced level.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop an advantage
- Must have strong organisation and project management skills
- Experience in luxury preferred
- Must already possess right to work in the UK (without sponsorship)
