Marketing Manager | London WestEnd | £45,000 PA

Our client is a diverse BTR business working in the PRS sector and is looking for a strong marketing candidate who can work at operations level to ensure optimum business strategy is adhered to.

What would your day look like as a Marketing Manager?

Key Duties:

• Assist Brand Director in digital marketing execution, focusing on performance marketing and administrative tasks.
• Lead special projects in technical marketing activities under Brand Director's guidance, including updating buyer personas and managing market insights.
• Manage relationships with supplier account managers under Brand Director's supervision.
• Coordinate let-up strategy for new asset buildings and provide operational support for events.
• Coordinate and write concise marketing reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Manage internal marketing communications and award submissions.
• Assist in new business development tasks and corporate responsibility activities.
• Coordinate marketing team submissions for client proposals and manage budgets for each building.
• Manage fundraising activities and systems for corporate responsibility initiatives in collaboration with the Brand Director.

General Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Team in organising community building events for residents.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably requested.

• Working knowledge of InDesign and/or Photoshop.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Marketing or media-related degree and/or CIM qualification.
