As the Marketing Manager with a minimum of three years experiences as a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies and activities across all channels. From managing loyalty programs to leading customer communications and enhancing the online and in-store customer journey, you'll be at the forefront of shaping their brand's presence and driving engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaigns, Customer Experience & Loyalty:
- Plan and execute comprehensive customer communication programs across all channels, including email and social media.
- Enhance the in-store and online customer journey through effective POS materials and website content to support purchase decisions.
- Manage loyalty scheme, optimising membership value and designing compelling offers to drive growth.
- Oversee the creation of the internal quarterly company newsletter, ensuring timely distribution and engaging content.
- Foster and manage supplier relationships to support campaign execution within budget constraints.
- Lead the planning and execution of the social media strategy to increase reach, engagement, and follower-ship.
- Ensure regular refreshment and optimisation of website content to maintain relevance and engagement.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to support customer and revenue growth.
- Effectively manage the Graphic Design studio team, ensuring workload planning and maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise the Marketing Executive, Email Marketing Executive, and Digital Content & Social Media Executive to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise profitability and support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to develop website content and digital advertising campaigns.
- Support the Marketing & Customer Experience Director in strategic initiatives and commercial priorities.
- Conduct personal development reviews for direct reports.
- Manage the PR media plan, collaborating with external agencies to identify and deliver positive news stories across various media outlets.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding brand guidelines and ensuring responsible marketing practices.
- Experienced marketer with a background in multichannel campaign management and brand management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences, and confident in presenting ideas.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving change.
- Retail consumer marketing and digital marketing communication background preferred.
- Proven experience in managing loyalty schemes and CRM systems.
- Creative flair with exceptional copy writing skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in managing small teams is desirable.
