Marketing Manager - Hybrid 1 Day P/Week Office Based

Our client, a dynamic, fast-moving marketing business are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join their team.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be accountable for all aspects of marketing to support our B2B and B2C customer engagement and drive business growth. This is a chance to carve out your own progression path and play an important part in the company’s success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing successful marketing strategies to drive revenue and support business growth.
• Creating content for all marketing communications ensuring brand consistency and clarity, including email campaigns, website content, app content and DM campaigns.
• Managing all email marketing campaigns to drive their sign-up subscription service, as well as implementing B2C email campaigns.
• Overseeing our social media activity, coordinating our social media ambassador programme and tracking social media engagement.
• Managing customer and consumer marketing surveys and delivering monthly survey reports.
• Managing external suppliers, including website agencies, app developers, graphic designers and printers.
• Managing our company website, updating content as and when required.
• Providing regular reporting on the marketing plan and scheduling.

Who you are:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Educated to degree level.
• A creative copywriter with great attention to detail and the ability to tailor copy to engage different audiences.
• Knowledge of core online marketing platforms. Experience of using some of the following platforms is preferable: WordPress, Canva, Campaign Monitor, Brand24, Smart Survey.
• Experience of managing and implementing social media campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience of graphic design is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening and analytical abilities, with a positive approach.
• Self-motivated with a great work ethic.
• Flexible and adaptable.
