Job Title: Brand Manager

Job Description:

We're searching for a dynamic Brand Manager, to spearhead our brand initiatives and marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll be pivotal in crafting a compelling brand narrative that captivates our audience, while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from inception to evaluation, tracking their impact to inform strategic decisions. As our chief brand advocate, you'll uphold brand integrity and inject fresh creativity into our endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and articulate a compelling brand narrative that resonates with our target demographic.
• Lead the orchestration of marketing campaigns, from conception through execution to post-campaign analysis.
• Gauge brand awareness and campaign effectiveness, utilising insights to drive ongoing optimisation.
• Embrace the role of brand advocate, safeguarding brand coherence across diverse channels.
• Direct the creation of marketing assets, spanning graphics, imagery, videos, and animations.
• Cultivate robust interdepartmental relationships to foster synergy and alignment.
• Oversee diverse marketing channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising.
• Maintain meticulous organisational standards, from planning documents to budget management.
• Foster an environment of innovation, continuously exploring fresh marketing avenues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in brand development, campaign management, and strategic marketing.
• Proficiency in analysing campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and leadership.
• A penchant for creative ideation, coupled with an appetite for pushing boundaries.
• Strong organisational acumen, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
