We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organised Marketing Services Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for onboarding and managing new marketing operations tools, overseeing the workflow for a team of four Marketing Executives, managing change within the RLAM Marketing team, and working in partnership with our Group Marketing Operations team.
About the role
- Manage the implementation and use of new marketing operations tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the group marketing operations team to ensure alignment and collaboration between departments.
- Oversee the workflow for the marketing executive team, ensuring that projects and tasks are prioritised or reprioritised as needed.
- Mange product change and fund updates taking specific ownership of collateral and pdf updates, briefing in changes for the digital platforms. Provide planning oversight for these projects.
- Oversee the delivery of key marketing and business documentation through the design and approval process championing the RLAM brand and regulatory framework.
About you
- Strong experience in a marketing operations role ideally in asset management or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of investment products, including familiarity with various asset types: equity, fixed income, property, cash, derivatives as well as understanding of the various client types within the asset management business.
- Strong project management and people management: ability to oversee a team and guide its day-to-day operations, recruiting, supervising and mentoring members of the team.
- Strong understanding and experience in implementing/working with new technology / marketing operations tools and providers within asset management.
- Proven ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement.
- Good analytical skills and ability to manipulate data – advanced excel skills.
