SalaryMain Responsibilities:
- Manage and report inventory, encompassing all local stock. Emphasis on reconciliation of inventory data with a specific focus on returns.
- Collaborate with warehouses to pinpoint root causes for stock discrepancies and ensure monthly alignment of warehouse stock accuracy with the data in the system.
- Uphold Master Data records in SAP, covering materials, customers, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business units, including Finance, Commercial Sales, Customer Services, and the Senior Management Team.
- Verify all requests, identifying issues proactively before implementing creation or changes in the system.
- Ensure data integrity through regular data cleansing activities.
- Support the generation of routine and ad-hoc reports related to returns, pricing & promotions, and sales order processing.
- Undertake any necessary ad-hoc tasks to assist the Master Data Coordinator and support other teams.
- Stay updated with relevant training to maintain and enhance skill sets.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply & Logistics with a background in Customer Services.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office packages, showcasing Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables & Lookups.
- Desirable experience with processing Master Data in SAP, with essential proficiency in working on multiple systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively, think innovatively, and show initiative.
- Strong ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Good organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
