SalaryWe are looking for an M&E Planned Maintenance Technician to be based at a health centre in Croydon, for carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks.
Place of Work: Health Centre in Croydon
Hours of Work: 40 hours a week (0800 to 1630) (4 days on site at Croydon and 1 day mobile)
Vehicle: Company Vehicle
Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays
Standby service: On call rota (paid additionally)
Contract: Permanent

Requirements and Skills
- Perform routine Planned Maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical and HVAC plant
- General fault finding and rectification to mechanical, electrical and HVAC plant
- Minor electrical remedial works
- Maintain up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment on internal management system
- Be part of out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hours
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues’, clients, customers and work as part of a team
- Deal courteously with clients, customers and the general public
- Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to customer care
- Smart and professional at all times
- A strong communicator
- Flexible with the ability to work under pressure
- Confident in abilities and up to date with all relevant legislation
- Working with Field service software
Requirements:
- Strong and relevant mechanical, electrical and HVAC knowledge and qualifications
- Experience of HVAC and associated plumbing
- Experience working with pumps
- Domestic heating (Gas Safe) or Air Conditioning (F-Gas) qualifications are advantageous
- Experience of PPM works and good record keeping
- Experience at fault finding and troubleshooting
- Knowledge and experience with Field service software
