We have a fantastic opportunity for an Entry LevelMedia Executive to join our growing team in London working across Media planning and buying: TV, print, radio and outdoor, Audio Visuals and Podcasts. How you’ll make an impact?
You will work closely with the Planner Buyer and Account Manager to implement and execute Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of Media. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in a fast paced and varied role.
Responsibilities:
- Optimising offline media campaigns, using data and making recommendations
- Planning and media admin tasks (use of DDS/Ad Dynamix/Echo/RAPS)
- Analysing all client and media owner outputs
- Regular contact with media owners
- Highlighting invoice queries and raise to line manager
- Spot matching and schedules
- Monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations
- Liaising with clients and providing updates on campaigns using data from campaigns
- Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations
- Checking insertions against media schedules and update
- Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions
- Negotiating with TV sales houses to deliver campaigns
Requirements:
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
- Meeting deadlines and prioritising workload
- A passion for the media industry – commercial media
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Analytical, good with numeracy and enjoys working with data and excel
- Strong team player but should also work independently
- Quick learner, who loves a challenge
