Role: Medical Officer (School Based)
Are you dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of children within an education setting?
The Education Specialists are searching for a caring Medical Officer to support a Secondary School in Stockport. The role is to commence in mid-April and will be ongoing for at least 4-6 weeks.
Responsibilities:
* Administer First Aid to students aged 11-16
* Provide appropriate initial care to unwell students
* Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
* Appropriately refer students to relevant providers, as necessary
* Promote health and safety within a school environment, conducting educational sessions as required
A valid First Aid certificate is required for this role, and specific paediatric first aid experience would be advantageous.

Successful candidates must possess the following:
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain)
* A minimum of 2 references, cover the last 2 years
* Legal Right to Work in the UK
* Valid Safeguarding Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
