We require EMIS or System 1 trained Medical Receptionists who are looking to work on a temping basis. We have multiple vacancies available with a range of hours.

Start Monday 11th March for 2 – 3 weeks full time. Need to be flexible with work times and able to work at both sites.

Monday – Friday 40 hours
Will need to be flexible with working times as the early sessions start at 8am and the late sessions finish at 7pm. Done on a weekly rota basis
To start ASAP for 6 weeks possibly longer
Your duties will include:
– Booking appointments into the CRM system
– Taking calls and speaking to patients
– Handling queries in a time–effective manner
– Organising and prioritising your workload
– Travelling between the sites when required
About you:
– MUST have experience with EMIS web / System 1 (PLEASE NOTE – if there is no experience with EMIS web or System 1 you will not be considered).
– Positive, can–do attitude and attention to detail
– Patient and kind with a great telephone manner
– Well–presented and professional
