Queen Anne Street Medical Centre is thrilled to announce the expansion of our facilities to Harley Street, London. We are committed to delivering world-class clinical services, and as part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our Facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of patients arriving at our reception desk for appointments or queries.
- Efficiently coordinate patients between our various hospital clinic disciplines.
- Ensure consult rooms and treatment rooms are prepared for visitors.
- Schedule appointments via telephone, reception desk, and computer system.
- Effectively handle incoming and outgoing emails, deliveries, and time sensitive mail.
- Liaise with the various departments to coordinate hospital matters.
- Accurately collect cash payments from patients and process transactions.
- Conduct stock-taking.
- Minute taking.
- Prepare patient files and enter patient and hospital data using FH internal patient records system.
- Arrange catering for patients and Surgical staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
- You must be confident in delivering five-star customer services, and the ability to remain calm under pressure and multiple situations.
- Must have 2 years of experience working in customer facing roles.
- Well presented, a team player with an excellent attitude towards their work.
- Must have exceptional telephone manner and excellent written English to respond to emails in a 5* manner.
- Good IT skills (i.e. word processing/Excel /power point using computerized systems.
- Any experience in health care is an advantage.

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
