URGENTLY NEEDED – MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST (FULL TIME) - START ASAP

Arista Medical is an established private medical practice specializing in Minor Surgery, Private GP Services, Orthodontics and Medical Secretarial services. We are based in the heart of Chelsea, on King’s Road and we operate from a state-of-the-art clinic.

We are urgently looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist with excellent customer service and sales skills.

The Medical Receptionist might be required to cover Saturday shifts a few times a month.

Full training will be provided.

The Medical Receptionist will be working in a 5* client-rated clinic, alongside reputable clinicians. We emphasize that patient care and the journey from booking until the final step of their treatment are our utmost values and we put great effort into maintaining our high standards of care.

The candidate:

Must have prior experience in a private medical clinic as a receptionist/administrative staff

Must have an excellent telephone manner, English vocabulary, and customer service skills

Must be presentable, well-kept and comfortable working with people

Must be computer-literate (Office pack, Internet, Emails) and must easily navigate basic EMS systems ( prior knowledge of Semble, Pabau, Carebit, Dentally desirable)

Prior knowledge of CQC regulations is desirable

Other qualifications, such as HCA or Phlebotomist will be highly considered

Your role:

Greet all patients in a polite and warm manner

Answer telephone calls in a timely and friendly manner and handle enquiries independently

Have excellent knowledge of the clinic’s services – sales skills are desirable

Check in, check out, take payments, make bookings and process cancellations

Keep reception area clean and tidy throughout the shift

Handle first-hand complaints and maintain a calm environment

Maintain patient confidentiality to industry standard

Fulfil ad-hoc tasks as required

Report to Customer Care Manager
