An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Membership Development Office to join a fantastic health charity based in Nottinghamshire.
As Membership Development Officer, you will support the charity’s Patient Association members across the country and enhance the charity’s individual supporter base.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining contact and support with all Patient Associations
Identifying regions lacking representation and providing support in establishing new Associations, including assistance with constitution, responsibilities, policies, and procedures
Collaborating across all teams to identify opportunities to grow all membership
Ensuring supporters (members) receive exceptional customer experiences
Taking charge and executing strategies to transition non-member Associations into active members
Monitoring engagement throughout the membership year, identifying less engaged members and developing a strategy to motivate increased support
Delivering high quality and inspiring communications to all members
Submitting status reports to line manager, anticipating and reacting to change
The successful candidate will have experience in the charity sector within a membership organisation. You will be experienced in developing membership engagement initiatives and will possess strong influencing and networking skills with people at all levels.
