We are seeking a trusted and reliable individual to join our team as a weekday "MORNING PERSON" (lady, gentleman or other) for light reception and administrative duties in our generally quiet office, conveniently located next door to MI6 in Vauxhall, London. 2 hours a day. Key responsibilities include: checking and setting up our reception and meeting rooms. Ensuring two coffee machines are operating smoothly. Post (though we don’t receive much). Team support such as filing and diary management. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, and most importantly be confident, discrete, reliable, and charming.
