Salary:GBP24k per annum plus benefits
Required:

• Minimum of 2 years working in a Customer Service position.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a motor claims capacity.
• Past involvement in insurance claims recovery is preferred.
• Secondary education or its equivalent with proven proficiency in numerical skills and written English.

Responsibilities:

• Pursue third-party liability to recover the Insurer Clients' outlay.
• Optimize outcomes through strategic approaches.
• Provide direction to claims staff, ensuring recovery prospects are safeguarded.
• Collaborate for enhanced recovery strategies.
• Initiate early work on larger losses, emphasizing prompt recovery efforts.
• Assess legal recoverability for streamlined processes.
• Review and prepare cases for solicitors, supporting litigation efforts.
• Handle in-house when applicable, showing a strong grasp of legal recoverability.
