Our client, a fast-growing and market-leading Claims management company, is currently recruiting for a Complex Claims Assistant to join their Claims Handling team. The Complex Claims Assistant will be responsible for supporting Large Loss Claim Handlers in managing the claims process.
Responsibilities for the Complex Claims Assistant
- To call the policyholders and obtain further details on their claim
- Make urgent payments for toiletries and emergency accommodation
- Obtain contents lists, validation contents, respond to portal messages, arrange supplier payments, and manage the Claims Handler's diary
Key Skills & Experience for the Complex Claims Assistant

- Call center experience desired
- Good Customer service
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
