A market leader in the beauty space, is seeking a National Account Manager, you'll expand the UK and Ireland business. Depending on your experience, you will manage existing customers across various channels. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll collaborate with the marketing team to drive new product development and sales alignment. You'll travel to visit clients across the UK and attend trade shows in the UK and Europe as needed.
Seeking a candidate with beauty industry experience in national and interNational Account management, a passion for beauty products, and strong sales skills. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and office-based near Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations for a portfolio of retail accounts, addressing ad hoc enquiries.
- Prioritising sales maintenance and gap analysis.
- Collaborating with the supply chain to forecast and synchronise stock with demand during peak seasons.
- Cultivating enduring professional relationships with key buyers and their teams.
- Ensuring timely stock availability and online/in-store listings for all customers.
- Collaborating with in-house and customer marketing teams to support their collateral needs for marketing activities.
- Managing the promotional calendar throughout the year to optimise ROI.
- Coordinating with the sales order processing and supply chain teams to assess and input forecasts, working closely with retail merchandisers.
- Efficiently communicating and managing new account setups internally.
- Identifying and pursuing emerging opportunities.
