National Account Manager – Grocery
£40,000 – 50,000 + Car/Bonus

Operating among multiple food categories, the business has seen significant growth in the last 15mths winning new customers within the Grocery, Foodservice & B2B channels. To stabilise and continue the growth, the senior leadership team are now recruiting for a high performing individual who is probably 1-2yrs into their National Accounts career or an experienced NAE looking to move up. You will have full responsibility for your customer portfolio and play a lead role in developing strategic plans to drive sales and profit across the range.
You:
• Good level of FMCG sales experience within the Grocery / Retail channel.
• Able to influence, sell, & negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Must have a results-focused mentality.
• You'll need to have an element of flexibility working in a high-growth business unit.
• Have an ambitious career with a view to progressing quickly whilst learning.
• Highly numerate with good client relationship building skills.
• Must be a foodie!
• Hybrid working role with 2-3 days p/wk in their Herts-based office.
