My client, an established B2B media company in the Finance and Technology sector is seeking a Networking and Marketing Coordinator to join a fast paced and growing division of eight people within the company to coordinate and deliver various events and digital campaigns both online and in person.
These include roundtable dinners and webinars. You will split your time across events both face to face and digital events and coordinating marketing campaigns.
In short, we are looking for someone who has great communication skills, is comfortable liaising with outside organisations and enjoys networking!
Duties (face to face events):
Delivery of roundtable dinners for companies brands
Venue search in close collaboration with an external venue search company
Building and updating roundtable websites
Data and delegate management: email invites and registration of delegates
Liaising with sponsors for preparations of roundtables
Pre-event preparations including badge printing, place cards, delegate packs, AV
On-site registration of delegates, welcoming them at the venue
Post-event management including thank you emails, feedback and wrap-up for sponsor.
Duties (marketing campaigns):
Marketing digital events (similar to the above but online)
Coordinating digital marketing campaigns to include data segmentation and verification
Supporting the commercial team on digital and face to face projects
Sending emails in line with marketing plan and coordinating on content with the commercial manager
Planning and sourcing data from the data team for targeted campaigns.
The right candidate must have good Excel skills, be organised, enjoy multi-tasking and working in a team, whilst also being able to work independently on projects.
