An excellent opportunity for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to work for a prestigious boutique Service Apartments Hotel in Kensington.
Main duties and responsibilities: Welcoming quests and check in guests' bookings Providing room keys and allocating quests to their rooms Answering phone calls from prospective quests Managing guests' reservations using OPERA booking software Being the first point of contact for guests and other visitors Main Skills required for the role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational skills Ability to provide welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests and other visitors Experience using the OPERA booking software is an advantage Days/Hours of work
This is a full-time role with an immediate start. The shifts will be: 20:00- 08:00 four nights a week and four nights off.
