Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to step into the world of hotels?
THE JOB:
• Nighttime reception works at the Hotel.
• Late check-in and check-out of the guests.
• Assistance with additional requests and/or cooperation with other departments at the property.
• Payment processing and administrative duties.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Min. 1 year experience in a Customer Service role. Ideally within a Hotel or other Hospitality based role.
• Impeccable command of English – both written and oral
• Ability to adhere to the set standards onsite.
• Please note that due to the location of the property you MUST have own means of transport.
