What you will be doing:
- Becoming the first point of call for site through your shift
- Logging on site faults, problems, and issues via our support centre team
- Processing stock counts and orders
- Taking ownership of customer feedback, responding appropriately in a timely manner
- Directing colleagues and customers out of the buildings in the event of an emergency
What you’ll bring to us:
- Previous experience of leading or supervising a team
- Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
- Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
- Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
