We have an excellent opportunity for a Night Receptionist (Maternity Leave) to join our Front of House team.
If you are night owl this is a great opportunity to gain experience in a 5 AA Red Star Hotel. For the right candidate this is an exciting challenge to join an established night team. If you have the skillset we have the training and support to help you succeed in this role.
Reporting to the Night Manager, you will ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner, pro-actively anticipate guest needs and deal with all guest enquires in a pleasant and efficient manner.
This role is expected last for 8- 12 months
The Successful Candidate will have
The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in a similar position and will possess and excellent command of the English language.
The hours of work for this position will be 11pm to 7am covering midweek and weekend shifts with weekends off on a Rota basis in line with holiday cover and business levels. Some flexibility will be required to complete training.
