Nimdta Business Finance Manager - Band 7

The Business Finance Manager will assist the Senior Business Manager in providing a range of financial and business support services across NIMDTA in order to achieve effective financial management and support the drive for continuous improvement in service delivery in line with the strategic objectives of NIMDTA. Paramount in this drive for strong financial management will be the Business Finance Managers production of regular, meaningful financial analysis reports to facilitate effective budgetary control at directorate level and upon which an effective platform for challenging financial performance can be established. The post-holder will support the operational financial management of the Single Lead Employer functions across NIMDTA including financial controls, reporting, invoicing, data analysis, fraud, overpayments and financial assessments. The Business Finance Manager will assist the Senior Business Manager in analysing and evaluating complex business problems, as well as undertaking the financial aspects of budget setting, service re-profiling, service developments/retractions, business cases and other ad-hoc financial costings as required. The Business Finance Manager will also be responsible for Business Management functions including Reception, Business administration and co-ordination..
