We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at our independent nursery located in the heart of Bradford. As the Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional childcare services while fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in childcare.
- Leading and managing a team of dedicated childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Developing and implementing creative and engaging curriculum plans that cater to the individual needs and interests of children.
- Building strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns, and providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Managing administrative tasks such as budgets, staff scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a childcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and fostering a stimulating learning environment.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to develop engaging curriculum plans and activities.
