We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Update and maintain accurate care plans for our clients.
- Monitor our electronic home monitoring system to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
- Keeping clients and carers files up to date
- Arranging medical appointment for clients where applicable and making referrals to SPA.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer software.
