Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Administrator to perform day-to-day office tasks, ensuring smooth operations within a fast paced office environment.
Main Duties:
- Answer & direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Receive and process customer orders
- General Administrative Duties
Position will be ideal for a candidate with.
- Previous relevant experience with an administrative role
- Exceptional phone & communication skills
- Strong IT Skill, experience of Sage & Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational, time management and high attention to detail skills
- Ability to work efficiently on his/her own initiative and within a team.
Essential Skills
- Administrative experience
- Experience of Sage & Microsoft Office would be preferred
Working hours:
- 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday.
- 9am - 2pm Friday
